[802.3_4PPOE] IEEE 802.3 liaison letter to NFPA CMP 16 in respect to Power over Ethernet

Thank you for those who have expressed interest in helping coordinate draft comments to NFPA to help the 802.3bt progress this at the interim. You should have received an acknowledgement if I received your email expressing interest. I will be sending out call details for an unofficial call later today. It will be Thursday (tomorrow) 8-9am pacific time, and possibly a follow up on Thursday 9/10, same time, if necessary. I have one draft contribution already from Masood, previously sent to the reflector as a starting point on Tue 8/18/2015 1:01 PM (pacific time).

If anyone else wishes to join in the discussion (or, if you didn't receive an acknowledgement from me), please email me today.

All -
To facilitate building consensus prior to the September meeting, I would be happy to hold a couple of calls with interested parties to formulate draft comments to the NFPA process as inputs to the Task Force. If you are interested in collaborating, please contact me at the email address below.
Likely date and times are Thursday Sept 3 and Thursday Sept 10, 8-9AM pacific time.

All, please see below. We have been directed by Tom Moore to use the public comment process. Therefore, we have the action item of generating text suitable for submission through the NFPA comment process at the September Task Force meeting in Bonita Springs.
