All, I’ve had several requests for the presentation deadline. There are no more ‘presentations’ and I announced this at the last meeting. We’ve moved into pure comment resolution mode. Yes, there will be a
need for presentations at times to help resolve comments. Ideally, you should have included these with your comments at submission time. If your comment called out a presentation, it should have been included in the submission package.
We will try to resolve comments without presentations, but if the presentation is needed to resolve a comment then we will view it.
Since we didn’t get it right this time – I will accept submissions for presentations REQUIRED TO RESOLVE COMMENTS no later than 11:59AOE on Sept 8. These will be posted on Sept 9 for review by the group. It
is not my intention to view every submission – and I may go back and delete the ones we didn’t view. Please make sure that all requests for presentations or submissions of presentation material have no restrictive notices in the presentations or in request email.
