Dear Study Group Participants,
The OIF has sent a liaison to the IEEE 802.3 WG regarding the 400ZR Project. Mr. Law has asked that our Study Group consider it, and come to Thursday’s meeting with a proposed response.
The liaison may be found at http://www.ieee802.org/3/minutes/jan18/incoming/OIF_to_IEEE_802d3_400ZR_Jan_2018.pdf. Please note that the liaison references document OIF2017.245.06, which was adopted as the 400ZR IA baseline, but this document was not provided at this time. Mr. Law has confirmed that the document was not intended to be sent with the OIF.
We will discuss this Wednesday afternoon.
