Dear 2.5G/5G Ethernet Backplane SG Colleagues,
Please be reminded that we’ll have our 1st meeting at the Sept interim, Sept 17-18th (Thursday~Friday),
with the understanding that all major decisions/vote will be complete prior to Friday noon to be sensitive to those who are traveling back home Friday. Meeting info is here (https://tools.sympose.com/event/coconutpoint_sept2015/)
Please send your request for presentations for this interim by Saturday Sept 4th AOE (Anywhere on Earth), and
And send your presentation PDF by Wed Sept 9th AOE (Anywhere on Earth), so that agenda planning and PDF could be posted ahead of the meeting. PLEASE be reminded that our objective for this meeting is to complete PAR, CSD, and Objectives.
NOTE: with overlapping architecture ad hoc calls, it may be a bit of challenge to make the request early, but please do make the request and revise as necessary (versus waiting till you are certain of the presentation material).
The 802.3 meeting week is Monday September 14, 2015 to Friday September 18, 2015.
This study group will meet Sept 17th and 18th.
