Curtis,

Typo in title for item 13.

Also, I think items 13 and 12 would be better suited to be after 14 – they are directly related to objectives, which seems to be opened after 14 …

Otherwise, it looks good AFAIK

Subject: [802.3_NGEPON] NG-EPON Contributions - file name conventions

Colleagues,

For those of you who will send me final drafts of your presentations, and for future presentations, I’d like to adopt the following file name convention:

ngepon_XXYY_LastName_Z.pdf

where

XX = last two digits of year

YY = two digits for month

Z = presentation number (first presentation = 1, second = 2, etc.)

For example, if I was presenting at the upcoming Bonita Springs IEEE meeting, by first file would be named:

ngepon_1509_knittle_1.pdf

and my second file would be named:

ngepon_1509_knittle_2.pdf

Thank you, and please let me know if you have questions.

Curtis
