[10GBASE-CX4] 10GBASE-CX4 February Interim Meeting

Jeff,

Thanks again for setting it up. I tried using their online
booking tool and it refused to accept the IEEE group account
name, but I called and let them know. You may want to re-iterate
that concern with them.

Attendees,

If you have trouble booking online, just call it in. (800-362-2779)

We *WILL* be tracking attendance vs registration so if you
don't live in the RDU area, please be sure to register so
that we can fairly split the conference fee and keep Jeff's
credit in good status. :)

Regards,

Dan

CX4 Folks,

The hotel is accepting reservation now. Please sign up soon, the cut off
date is 2/7/03. This is the newest full service hotel in the Raleigh area
and close to all the action. All accommodations are multi room suites, free
breakfast, drinks at night, etc...... Should be a fun time after the
meetings. Any questions on these arrangements can be sent to me. I need
everyone attending the CX4 meeting to stay at this hotel so that we can
reach the guaranteed room reservation limits.

The hotel info is attach below.

Cheers,

	- Jeff Warren	Extreme Networks

Hi Schelto,

There was some confusion as to when the hotel would actually
allow us to book. We are going to be on the 18th and 19th. My
apologies for the confusion.

Regards,

Dan

Hi Dan,

Is it 17, 18 as we discussed and noted in the minutes or 18, 19 as noted in
this email?

Just need a confirmation, because I booked my flight for 17,18

Thanks
Schelto
