Steve,
Initially, the lower frequency (0-2 GHz)
looks good, but I will look at it more in-depth with the channels I have.
I think the crossover of your coefficients with the initial proposal is too low
in frequency, and would suggest trying to shift it upward in frequency by about
1 GHz.

magnitude curve:
I propose these coefficients:
b1 = 2e-5
b2 = 1e-10
b3 = 3.2e-20
b4 = 1.38e-30
These allow skin effect to be
modeled correctly and are a better lower limit to a lot of channels that have
been presented.
