Just a reminder that it would be wise to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible, as rooms are likely to be going fast.  Please remember that we will be meeting at the Wyndham.

I have just been informed that the Hyatt is fully booked, therefore, overflow bookings will likely be going to our meeting hotel.  If you want to stay in the meeting hotel in November you should probably book immediately.
