Here is a synthesized crosstalk channel with SDD21 flat in amplitude
but mixed up in phase so that it can convert PRBS (other than PRBS12)
into noise with a large ratio of peak/rms.  It may be useful in
generating simulated noise for IET tests.

If you have trouble with zip files, try down loading it from the 
reflector archive.
