[BP] Updates to EIT simulation results

Hi,

I ran a few more sims, varying the conditions of the EIT test,
specifically the rise time and the method of measuring tx amplitude.
These results may relate to other simulations showing EIT numbers larger
than 16mV.

I have attached a PDF files with these results.
