The Draft 2.4 recirculation ballot closed May 12. The tally stands at:
200 voters
88 approve
24 disapprove
26 Abstain
78.57% approval rate (>= 75% required)
18.84% abstention rate (< 30% required)
69.00% return rate (>= 50% required)
85 comments were received against draft 2.4 (49 technical and technical required). The comments have been posted to:

The task force will meet to respond to these comments in Austin, TX May 23 through 25. While there are not many comments, significant discussion is anticipated on several topics, so it is not unlikely that most of the allocated time will be used.
If you intend to present material related to the comments received against Draft 2.4, please get those materials to me by close of business on Friday, May 19.
