Reflector Information

This reflector is provided to the members of the IEEE 802.3ca 100G-EPON Task Force for the benefit of moving the work of the Task Force forward. Use of this reflector is subject to the IEEE 802.3 Ethernet Working Group E-mail Reflector Policy.

To post messages to the reflector, simply send email to stds-802-3-NGEPON@listserv.ieee.org

If you ever need to get in contact with the owner of the list, if you have trouble subscribing/unsubscribing, or have questions, please send email to stds-802-3-NGEPON-request@listserv.ieee.org.

Subscribing to the Reflector

To subscribe to the reflector please use the ListServ web interface. Alternatively you may send an email containing the following text in the body of the message: subscribe stds-802-3-NGEPON yourfirstname yourlastname to ListServ@ieee.org

  1. Use of the e-mail subscribe instruction requires that you supply your First Name followed by your Last Name and will subscribe the e-mail address from which the e-mail is sourced from. The e-mail subscribe instruction does not support an e-mail address field, if you try to use an e-mail address in the Name fields it will be rejected. If you wish to subscribe an e-mail address other than the one which your e-mail is sourced from, for example the IEEE e-mail alias my.name@ieee.org, you will need to use the ListServ web interface. Use of this web interface will require the creation of a login, but once this login has been created it will be used for all IEEE ListServ subscriptions you wish to manage.
  2. Only subscribers to the reflector have the ability to post messages to the reflector. If you wish to have the ability to post from an alternative e-mail address in addition to the address you have subscribed with, for example if you subscribe the IEEE alias my.name@ieee.org but want to be able to post from my.name@companyname.com, you will need to add a post-only e-mail address to the reflector via the ListServ web interface.

Unsubscribing from the Reflector

To unsubscribe from the reflector please use the ListServ web interface. Alternatively you may send an email containing the following text in the body of the message: unsubscribe stds-802-3-NGEPON yourfirstname yourlastname to ListServ@ieee.org
