Colleagues,
The Hyatt Regency Atlanta hotel is hosting a social Wednesday evening from
6:30 to 8:30. There will be drink tickets and light snacks. It will not be
the full buffet dinner that the 802 hosted social. For those of you that
recall the March 2015 plenary when 802 presented their offer for January
2016, the plan was not to have a social in order to save money.
Consequently, 802.3 scheduled several meetings on Wednesday evening. When
informed of this hotel-hosted social earlier this week, the chairs of the
affected ECDC meetings have elected to delay the start time of the ECDC YANG
model session to 8PM to allow attendees to attend the social.
This change has not yet been updated in the on-line schedule.
