  • Added slides 11-12 to include additional input from Sumitomo on 100G SOA preamp implementation.
  • Adjusted DS0 from 1331 to 1328.87 nm, to keep it on the 800 GHz grid to enable AWG implementation.
  • Added references to funada_3ca_1_0316 and liu_3ca_2_0516 to support 50 nm US/DS spacing to avoid cost of collimation (slide 4)
  • Added reference to liu_3ca_3_0716 to support ≥10 nm DS0-DS1 CS (slide 4)
