Thanks for your effort to make this frame, it’s a nice job.
Here are some small suggested revisions:
1. the note b below the tables ,such as in page 26 row 55, here “Even if the TDP<1dB” seems should be “Even if the TDP<XXX
dB”, due to the TDP is TBD now.
2. Same reason, note e , BER = 10-3 should be
XXX
There are several note b and note e , every case needs the same revision
