Following up on the motion we passed yesterday to position US0-A at 1290-1310nm, I've asked Curtis for time this morning to present the attached short contribution and follow up with a motion to define the wavelength for the third upstream channel, US1. Making a decision on US1 will give us the complete upstream wavelength plan.
