* Presentation by Yong Kim regarding backward compatibility to legacy 2.5G (1G speed-up).
If you are a regular contributor, please be present for this call as it is vitally important that we resolve this issue and move on.
The scheduled Contingent Interim Teleconference on 9-Oct-2017, as previously published, was not requested at the Charlotte Interim closing meeting because this issue suddenly became paramount during the comment resolution. The recirculation has been delayed until after the November Plenary, to allow for further work on this subject.
