MAY meeting - Hotel block cutoff – Friday, April 20^th
MAY meeting - Early Registration – Tuesday, April 24^th
Draft 1.2 Task Force Review closes - April 29, 2018 anywhere on earth.
Draft 1.2 Proposed resolutions out – May 7, 2018
MAY meeting intent to present – Monday May 14^th AOE (see http://www.ieee802.org/3/cg/public/presentproc.html )
MAY meeting presentation drafts DUE (please don’t be late) – Thursday, May 17, 2018
May 802.3cg Task Force meeting: Monday May 21^st through Wednesday May 23^rd
JULY early registration cutoff - 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Friday, May 25, 2018
JULY standard registration cutoff - 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Friday, June 29, 2018
JULY meeting dates – Monday July 9^th – Thursday July 12^th (this is a plenary, so please count on all 4 days – even if we don’t meet on either Monday or Thursday, there will be the opening or closing plenary).

Colleagues,

Hotel reservation and meeting registration deadlines are fast approaching for the IEEE Interim meeting hosted by the Ethernet Alliance at the Omni William Penn Hotel, Pittsburgh, PA, May 21-25.

· Please book you hotel room as soon as possible, and prior to the room block cutoff date of Friday 20-April.

· Early registration is available through Tuesday 24-April.

You’ll also find new information about discounted tickets for Pittsburgh Pirates baseball games at PNC Park, just a mile from the Omni. Games are scheduled on Sunday before the Interim and Friday night after the meeting. There are no home games during the meeting week. There’s a link to the Ethernet Alliance’s discounted ticket portal on the DESTINATION page of the meeting website.
