Always check the clean draft too – that’s one reason we comment on the clean draft, not the compare.

I think you’re saying that the clean draft is fine and the CMP has a step in the numbering.

The compare is a machine compare, done by Frame, not by a human.

That’s a frame compare ‘feature’ not a bug…. increments the counters sometimes on edits.

However, better than mucking with the machine-compare….

Hi George,

I noticed what looks like an editor error on substantial changes PDF where

at least 148.4.6.6 and 148.4.6.7 (pg 77) should have stated 148.4.6.5 and 148.4.6.6, respectively.

There may be other editorial issues -- I did not do any completeness check.

Draft 3.3 and the substantive changes (which are what is in scope) are posted in the private area. The unresolved comments are posted in the comment area (and also linked from the private area).

If you are a member of the SA ballot pool, you should have received a message that the ballot is open. If you are not, then please consider the chair’s standard offer – if you have comments, please send them to myself and Valerie Maguire prior to September 1, 2019 so that we may upload them to the myballot tool.
