Please note that the close date in the top part of the D2.3 ballot
announcement I is incorrect:
Close date: Friday 25th October 2019 23:59 AOE <----- incorrect
The correct close date is:
BALLOT CLOSE:
Thursday 31st October 2019 23:59 AOE
The dates are correct in the main body of the email and in David Law's
emails to the 802.3 and DIALOG reflectors.
