[802.3EEESG] September meeting reminder and call for presentations
Folks,
Our next EEESG meeting, held during the week of September 10th in Seoul,
South Korea, is only 4 weeks away. We are scheduled to meet all day
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (September 11-13). Meeting information

Please be aware that the reservation deadline for rooms in our block is
August 31st, 2007. There is a social on Wednesday night. The venue will
be announced at the meeting.
Among other things, we need to agree on a method to make technology
selections for a baseline when we become a task force. Our metrics for
choosing what goes into the baseline should reflect our goals to
minimize impact on the industry and the standard. Technical
presentations are welcome and encouraged, however keep in mind that we
will not be able to select anything or make any decisions that impact
the project at this meeting.

Presentation requests and materials are due to me by Wednesday,
September 5th. Presentations should be mailed to me at
mjbennett@ieee.org. Early requests and / or submissions are
appreciated. Please remember that any requests for time or submissions
of presentation material containing restrictive notices will be rejected.
