[802.3EEESG] September meeting reminder and call for presentations
Folks,
Our next EEESG meeting, scheduled during the week of September 10th in
Seoul, South Korea, is less than 3 weeks away. We will meet all day
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (September 11-13). Meeting information

Please be aware that the reservation deadline for rooms in our block is
August 31st, 2007. There is a social on Wednesday night. The venue will
be announced at the meeting.
Technical presentations are welcome and encouraged, however keep in mind
that we will not be able to select anything or make any decisions that
impact the project at this meeting.
Prospective presenters may submit your request per the guidelines at the
Procedure for Presenters web page:

Presentation requests and materials are due to me by Wednesday,
September 5th. Presentations should be mailed to me at
mjbennett@ieee.org. Early requests and / or submissions are
appreciated. Please remember that any requests for time or submissions
of presentation material containing restrictive notices will be
rejected. Note: Please copy Bruce Nordman (bnordman@lbl.gov) if you
submit a presentation as I will be traveling on September 5th. This
will make it easier to post them on the website after I review them.
