Colleagues,
Welcome to Seoul! Our hosts, Samsung, ETRI and the Korea Ethernet Forum have
provided us with a spectacular venue at the Hotel Shilla.
You received breakfast vouchers when you checked in. These vouchers are used
at the Plainview Cafe on the first floor and will provide you with a full
breakfast.
The registration desk will open at 8AM and is located at the far end of the
lobby, past the hotel reception desk. Please register and pay your meeting
fee in return for your badge. The registration area also has a sign with
meeting room assignments. All groups, except HSSG, will meet on the 23rd.

room. HSSG will meet in the Annex, the structure across from the front
entrance of the hotel with the pagoda roof. Follow the signs to the HSSG
meeting room.
Wireless access is provided in each meeting room. Browse the available
networks and select IEEE8023. The network is open and no password is
required. Coffee and tea service is provided in the meeting rooms. As
always, you are responsible for your personal property and laptop.
Your SG or TF Chair will inform you of the meeting times for your group.
