Ajay,

I have received some traffic packet size measurement statistics from another source that
confirm the numbers you used to conclude an additional 6% throughput penalty with the
frame based FEC proposal.  To me, the main decision to be made in choosing between stream
FEC or frame FEC is:

Is the operation with non-FEC receivers worth the cost of the additional 6% penalty?
