“PMD tolerance should say Mean DGD”
I think that this should read “PMD tolerance should say Max. DGD”.

Background for those not at the meeting - The Max DGD specification for many 10 Gbit/s NRZ interfaces is 30 ps. One would therefore expect a 100 Gbit/s NRZ signal to have a factor of ten smaller tolerance than this which agrees with the 3 ps number in duelk_01_0906.pdf. The term “PMD tolerance” usually means Mean DGD and would be expected to be a factor of at least 3 smaller than this at about 1 ps.
