Just for your information and others. Just rtied to make
reservations and the hotel is sold out. They only have rooms for the
19th as of 10 minutes ago.
Suggest anyone in this situation call hotel and get names of hotels

If you are unable to book a room through the website, you may try
calling hotel directly. If they say that rooms are available, but not at
IEEE rates, you may still get it adjusted later - see below.

FYI- The IEEE-802 contract with Hyatt Regency San Francisco states that
all 802-attendees provided a standard run-of-house hotel room (e.g. not
Regency Club or a suite) during their stay will be allowed to pay just
the 802-Group rate ($194/204 per night). If your current reservation
does not reflect that pricing we can arrange to have it adjusted prior
to your check-out date. Please notify Dawn or Lisa at Face-To-Face
Events (cc:d above) of your current reservation confirmation number and
that you request the adjustment of your rate to the 802-Group rate.
