I have received some inquiries regarding details for the January Interim meeting.
As announced at the November Plenary, the next meeting for the group will be in Portland, OR on Wednesday through Friday, Jan 23 through 25, 2008.
As noted during the HSSG meeting, there will be a change regarding the due date for requests for presentation time. Requests for presentation time must be made two Fridays preceding the meeting. For the January Interim, requests for presentation time must be made by January 11, 2008.
When making a request for presentation time, the presenter shall provide the following information:
The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me at email@example.com by Tuesday of the week preceding the meeting. For the January Interim, presentations must be submitted by January 15.
Changes to the “Procedures for Presenters” webpage will be made shortly to reflect these new rules.
