Reminder that presentation requests are due Friday, May 2, 2008, and presentation materials are due by Tuesday, May 6, 2008. Presentation style guidelines may be found at the Procedure for Presenters web page: http://www.ieee802.org/3/ba/public/presentproc.html.
Please mail all requests for presentations or submissions of presentation material at email@example.com, and, as a reminder, please make sure that there are no restrictive notices at the bottom of the email. All such emails will be refused.
Presentations for the week should be focused on proposals related to the adopted objectives. As a reminder this meeting is targeted as the last meeting for new proposals. I have had several conversations with individuals who have indicated that they are considering bringing presentations forward in May. All individuals considering bringing presentations forward should be doing consensus building prior to the Interim meeting. As stated at the March Plenary, priority will be given to presentations demonstrating consensus via the number of authors with different affiliations.
