[802.3BA] New Orleans Jan Interim Meeting

Dear Task Force Members,

As noted in previous email, the January Interim meeting is critical as we will need to make decisions to close out on all technical issues in order to submit a technically complete document on March 2, 2009, which is necessary in order to request to go to Working Group Ballot at the March Plenary.

 

As a reminder, comments on IEEE P802.3ba D1.1 are due Monday, December 29, 2008.  For further details, please see http://www.ieee802.org/3/hssg/email/msg01555.html.  

 

Please note that it is not necessary to wait until December 29.  You may make multiple comment submissions up to December 29. This will assist the editorial team by giving them additional time to formulate responses to comments.

Also, if you are intending to give a presentation in support of a suggested remedy or provide any supplemental material for any comments, please indicate this in the “Suggested Remedy” field.

 

Also, please refer to the email sent out by Steve Carlson yesterday, http://www.ieee802.org/3/hssg/email/msg01561.html.   As noted in the email, the room block closes on Sunday, December 21, so please make your hotel reservations and register on-line now! Remember, you need to make a hotel reservation AND register for the meeting.
