Meeting Plan

In order to make room reservations either:

• Call the hotel directly on +44 207 265 6033 quoteing the preferential code IEEE at time of booking.
• Complete the Hotel Reservation Form and Fax it to +44 207 265 6060.

Reservations will be accepted on a space available basis up to the group block of 20 rooms. Everyone is encouraged to reserve a room as quickly as possible. Reservations must be guaranteed with major credit card. Release of the guarantee will occur so long as notice of cancellation is given to the Novotel London Tower Bridge prior to 2:00 PM (hotel local time) on the scheduled day of arrival.

As this meeting is being hosted by Agilent there will be no meeting fee.

Directions to the Novotel London Tower Bridge from Heathrow Airport

From Heathrow Airport take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station (approx 20 mins), from Paddington Station take the Circle Line Tube towards Monument and alight at Tower Hill, (approx 25 mins) the Novotel is a minute’s walk from Tower Hill Tube Station.

Taxis from London Heathrow to the Hotel will cost approximately £40.00 - £45.00

Directions to the Novotel London Tower Bridge from Gatwick Airport

Route 1

From Gatwick Airport take the Thameslink Rail towards Bedford and alight at Blackfriars Tube Station (36 mins). From Blackfriars take the Circle Line Tube towards Liverpool Street or the District Line towards Upminster and alight at Tower Hill (6 mins). The Novotel is a minute’s walk from the tube station.

Route 2

From Gatwick Airport take the Thameslink Rail towards Bedford alight at London Bridge Tube Station (29 mins). From London Bridge Tube Station take the Northern line Tube towards Edgware or High Barnet and alight at Bank Tube Station (2 mins). From Bank Tube Station Walk to Monument Tube Station (4 mins). At Monument Tube Station take the Circle Line towards Liverpool Street or the District Line towards Upminster and alight at Tower Hill. The Novotel is a minute’s walk from the tube station.

Directions to the Novotel London City South from Gatwick Airport

From Gatwick Airport take the Thameslink Rail towards Bedford and alight at London Bridge (approx 29 mins). The hotel is 5 minutes walk from London Bridge Underground Station (Borough high Street/Southwark Street exit).

By Taxis from Gatwick Airport to the centre of London take 60 - 70 minutes and cost approximately £65.00
