Call the hotel directly on +1 800 962-7482 or +1 603 886-1200 quoteing the preferential code TXI at time of booking.
Access the Hotel web site and enter the code TXI in the 'Group Booking Code' to obtain the meeting room rate. NOTE:- Do not click the "Attention: Conference Attendees" button on the web site. The TXI code is not listed and the link to take you to the reservation system will pass an incorrect IATA code to the system, causing you to loop endlessly in the reservations screen. Simply click the "Reservation Desk" button on the hotel home page to go straight to the reservation system and enter the TXI code.

The reservation deadline for rooms in our block is Wednesday, 17th August, 2005. Reservations made after that date will be accepted on a space available basis. Everyone is encouraged to reserve a room as quickly as possible. Reservations must be guaranteed with major credit card. Release of the guarantee will occur so long as notice of cancellation is given to the Nashua Crowne Plaza prior to 6:00 PM (hotel local time) on the scheduled day of arrival.

Meeting Registration

As this meeting is being hosted by Texas Instruments there will be no meeting fee or on-line registration. Name badges will be issued to attendees on-site.

Transportation Information

Nashua is about 20 minutes from the Manchester, NH (MHT) airport and 45 minutes from Boston's Logan Airport (BOS)
