Any individual who attends any part of a meeting that is a scheduled as part of these sessions must pay the registration fee. The advanced web registration fee at the meeting registration web site is $375 (USD) and the deadline for web registration for these sessions is 5 PM PST, Friday, 26-December 2008. After that time, the late registration fee is $500 (USD) , including on-site registration. The hotel will supply at the time of payment a separate receipt for the meeting registration fee. The registration fee will cover meeting rooms, AV equipment, network services, in-room Internet, power hook-ups for laptop computers, continental breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshments, and meeting services/supplies. If you register and then are unable to attend, you must request cancellation of your registration by 5 PM PST, January 2, 2009 for a full refund.
