IEEE 802.3 April/May 2009 On-line Meeting Registration

Please fill out the form and submit it. This will pre-register you for the meeting at the rate of $445.00 (CAD). No credit card information will be collected on this site. The fee will be collected by the meeting hotel.

Registrations made after April 13th for the first week and April 20th for the second week (including on-site) will be charged at the rate of $695 (CAD). If you register and then are unable to attend, you must request cancellation of your registration by April 20th for the first week's meetings, or April 27th for the second week's meetings for a refund of your payment. Registration cancellations after that time cannot be accepted.
