[802.3_MAINT] Update on IEEE P802.3-2008/Cor 1 (IEEE 802.3bb)

Colleagues,

 

The IEEE P802.3-2008/Cor 1 (IEEE 802.3bb) first recirculation ballot successfully closed last month with the following statistics:

 

Response Rate     51.53%
Approval Rate       98.00%
Abstain Rate        15.25%

 

A total of 10 comments were received on the recirculation. The comments along with proposed responses have been uploaded to the comment website in the project area at: http://www.ieee802.org/3/bb/comments/index.html.

 

Comment resolution and next steps for the project will be conducted as part of the Maintenance Task Force's agenda next week. The Maintenance Task Force is scheduled to meet Wednesday afternoon during the plenary week.
