[802.3_MAINT] IEEE P802.3 (Revision to IEEE Std 802.3-2012) progressing to Sponsor ballot

Colleagues,

Today the IEEE 802 Executive Committee approved forwarding IEEE P802.3 (IEEE 802.3bx) Maintenance #11 (Revision) to Sponsor ballot. Therefore, an additional interim meeting will not be necessary and the 8th April meeting in Durham, NH is cancelled. 

Thanks again to the University of New Hampshire InterOperability Lab for offering to host that meeting.
