All:

Please do not be dissuaded from presenting,
but also be aware that:

* Presenters need to get me a PDF of
their presentation for me to review, and

* Presenters need to provide me a PDF
of their presentations in time to get them distributed on the web
        or
* Presenters need to provide copies
of their presentation in distribution format (CD, USB Flash) in time to
distribute at the meeting

We are pretty much past the web distribution
(unless you send very quickly) so please plan accordingly.
