Attached is a proposal for the layer model for "DTE Power via MDI" to go into the Draft standard. It has been produced with substantial input from David Law, and Geoff Thompson wrt what a layer model should look like. Could you all please review it and indicate any problems / objections you may have. If OK, it will be pulled into the draft that Mike is preparing for the Nov plenary.
