[802.3af] Ballot Tool
Colleagues:
Some of you have experienced problems running the Ballot Tool. This may
occur if the decompressed files are moved to a different folder from where
they were decompressed. Please decompress the archive into your desired
folder and run it from there. The EXE seems to "know" where the support DLLs
are when the archive is decompressed, and becomes confused if the file are
then moved somewhere else.
No, we don't know why this is true...
