RE: [802.3af] Probe polarity
I believe that we should treat it as the polarity and pin assignment as for
the powering voltage to be consistent in the design phase of the PD and PSE
hardware.
If polarity referenced to the pin assignment will not be defined it could
cause interoperate problems since we didn't force a polarity protection
diode in the PD.
