If the probe polarity is reversed and the PD doesn't have diode bridges (which
are not mandatory) then the compliant PSE would fail to detect a compliant PD.
For this reason I think the comment would be a technical.

The polarity that is specified there is for the operational voltage, not the
probe, as the operational is specified as "Vport" but the detection is not.

Its easily fixed, the question was do I put in as a technical (it must be fixed
'cause if we don't something bad would happen) or as an editorial (it shouldn't
be left to chance, but if it were nothing would necessarily be broke.)
