If you are a seller, what is worse than your house not selling? The answer is, your house is sold, you are packed and 28 days later it falls out of escrow. This is on every sellers mind as a worse case scenario.
Every listing presentation
should include at least a few features of your feedback and communication
system to show your seller that you are prepared for any situation,

Here’s how to do it:
Step #1:After you login to HomeFeedback.com choose “e-mail agents”, this will pull up an e-mail that can easily be sent to every agent who has shown the property. This e-mail is sent BCC (Blind Carbon Copy), it is sent by this method so no agent will see another agents information.
