Steve,

It looks like you are making good progress with the RE project by keeping it
tightly focussed, good job.  I'm sure it is not easy with such a broad study
group topic.

I have a question on the draft scope statement you sent out the other day.
It says "The project will provide provide time sensitive delivery of data
transmissions...".  What exactly does the group mean by 'data
transmissions'?  Enet frames?  Perhaps it should be, but it isn't clear to
me.  'Data transmission' is somewhat vague--maybe intentionally so.
