Some other groups arrange to have server space available
at the meeting, so folks can upload/download via wireless.
Could you please check on this?

Right now I have only received PDFs from Felix, Onn and Eric ... everyone else who is presenting must be prepared to distribute their docs (as PDF) at the start of the meeting using some kind of universally-acceptable media (USB stick, CD-ROM) ... I have a limited ability to convert documents to PDF myself (Word/Powerpoint and Pages/Keynote) if you absolutely need it ...
