Close of P802.5w Recirculation Ballot

At the last plenary meeting, conditional approval was granted to forward
P802.5w (Corrigenda) to Revcom for approval after successful LMSC Sponsor
recirculation ballot. This note is being sent to you in accordance with
Procedure 9 of the LMSC Operating Rules.

The LMSC Recirculation ballot for P802.5w (Corrigenda) closed on Tuesday,
December 21st. The recirculation was required because there were changes
to the previous draft to address issues associated with an "Approve with
Comment" vote.

The final vote tally at the completion of that recirculation is as follows:

26 Affirmative Votes
4 Abstentions
0 Negatives

85% Returned
13% Abstention
100% Affirmative

No new technical comments were received. No vote changed as a result of
the recirculation. The only editorial comments received were from the IEEE
staff. The editor has been instructed to comply with those comments. They
do not require recirculation or working group resolution, so no meeting is
scheduled to resolve these minor editorial comments.

The recirculation ballot was accompanied by the statement:
As required by LMSC Operating Rules, this note is to inform you that
this ballot is being conducted under the procedure for conditional approval
of the IEEE 802 Operating Rules

Best regards.
