Vote on elimination of Friday plenary meeting

I vote approve with the following comments:

1) line 2; change the first phrase to read "The Plenary session consists of
the Opening Plenary meeting......"

2) line 11; change the first phrase to read "The main object of the Opening
Plenary...."

3) line 19; change the first phrase to read "Progress of each Study Group
shall be presented at Opening Plenary meetings...."

4) line 29; change to read "The Executive Committee meetings shall end no
later than noon on Monday mornings and midnight on Thursday evenings."
