Roger,

This is a tentative suggestion pending a discussion at the SEC meeting in
March.  I wanted to give everyone a heads up on what I will be recommending.

Paul,

I think it is premature to set this schedule for the closing SEC
meeting in July, since:

(1) the 802 rules don't permit an SEC meeting later than Thursday night
(2) you have already scheduled a 'closing meeting time' rules change
discussion (March 10 at 7 pm).
