Tim, Yes, all signed, Faxed and delivered.
And, yes, we should meet with them during the week (Wed or Thurs) to
negotiate the longer-term deal.
While Vancouver & Kauai are both Hyatt properties, each may present some
special challenges in terms of gaining access to high-speed Internet
services that may need to be factored in. I spoke with Bob Gibout about
these and suggested that he look into these prior to the meeting in St.
Louis so Core will be prepared to address these as part of their quotes for
future meeting services. Future sites after those next two should be fairly
straightforward (Dallas, SF, San Antonio, Orlando, and Portland).
