RE: [802SEC] IEEE 802 July Plenary Meeting Agenda

Dawn,

I would like you to split the Sunday evening SEC Rules meeting into three
separate items:
a) 7-8pm WG electronic balloting
b) 8-9pm Setting the Opening/Closing SEC meeting times
c) 9-10pm Addition of 2nd Vice Chair to the SEC

Also, I may have someone from IEEE-SA staff give a tutorial on the
"standards development process" I want to reserve one of the tutorial slots
on Tuesday evening for this purpose--I don't care which one.

Please delete all non-802 meetings from the agenda.

Thanks,

--Paul

Subject: [802SEC] IEEE 802 July Plenary Meeting Agenda
Importance: High

Good morning All,

Please find enclosed the latest IEEE 802 July 2002
Meeting Agenda (Version 6.0). This meeting agenda
includes all 802 meetings, along with all other non-related
802 meetings being held during the week of the Plenary.
These other meetings will be blanked out prior to the
distribution of the agenda to registered 802 attendees.

No tutorials have been scheduled. Should any tutorial be
booked at the last minute, the tutorial will be held at the
Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Also, note that the IEEE B0G
will be joining the IEEE 802 SEC on Friday, July 12 at
approx. 5:00pm at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver.

Please let us know immediately, if any changes need to be
made with your meeting specifications! Last minute requests
will be very difficult to implement.

We look forward to a great meeting in Vancouver.

Thank you.
