Folks,

Since Paul is on vacation right now, and asked me to stand in for him on any
urgent matters, I felt I should formally close out this ballot, which ended
August 1 @ 9 AM.  The final Talley I have is:

This is an SEC email ballot on making a determination on the below SEC
motion to authorize funds for production of an 802 CDROM, moved by Bob
O'Hara, seconded by Geoff Thompson. The email ballot opens on Thursday July
25 2002 9AM EDT and closes Thrusday August 1 2002 9AM EDT.

I move to authorize the expenditure of 802 funds, not to exceed $1,500.00,
for the production of 1000 copies of the 2003 version of the 802 Standards
CD-ROM.  The CD-ROM is to be compiled by the recording secretary from the
list of standards and other documents provided by the 802 chair and the
chairs of the 802 working groups, burned onto a CD-R, and the CD-R provided
to Face to Face Consulting.  Face to Face Consulting will coordinate the
production of the CD-ROM and its delivery for distribution at the opening of
