RE: [802SEC] +++ SEC Rules Change Letter Ballot +++ Ballot on TAG changes




Bill ... thanks for your comments ... I will review them and we
will address them.

Matthew ... I did not receive the message with the TAG rules change
ballot for some reason ... please re-send it, at least to me.
